Jaggery (Gur) Milk

  • Jaggery (Gur) - 4 tablespoons

  • Milk - 4 cups

 

Instructions:

  1. Combine jaggery (Gur) and milk in a saucepan.

  2. Heat over medium, stirring constantly until the jaggery is fully dissolved and the milk is warm. Avoid boiling.

  3. Remove from heat and serve hot.

  4. Optionally, add a sprinkle of crushed nuts, such as almonds or pistachios, for extra texture and flavor.
