We Are Anemix – Empowering Women to Take Control of Their Health
We are a team of passionate women dedicated to finding real, practical solutions for the lifestyle diseases that are now affecting over 50% of Indian women. Conditions like anemia, PCOS, thyroid disorders, diabetes, and gut health issues are on the rise, yet lack of awareness and misinformation prevent women from taking the right steps toward healing.
Studies show that small lifestyle changes, a balanced diet, and holistic well-being can dramatically reduce the risk of these diseases.
At Anemix, our mission is to:
-
Educate and empower women with science-backed health solutions
-
Help women make informed choices through expert guidance
-
Provide personalized support in their journey to better health
By spreading awareness, knowledge, and actionable lifestyle solutions, we aim to lead India towards a healthier, disease-free future for women.
Types of Anemia
The most common types of Anemia

Iron deficiency anemia
In this condition fewer RBCs are produced due to the lack of iron. This can occur due to lack of iron in diet, heavy menstruation and frequent loss of blood.
Vitamin B12 deficiency anemia
Vitamin B12 is essential for the production of RBCs. If a person does not consume or absorb enough B12, their RBC count may be low.
Hemolytic anemia
This type of anemia happens when RBCs are destroyed faster than the body can produce new ones. A variety of conditions can cause this, such as autoimmune diseases, infections, bone marrow problems, and inherited conditions such as sickle cell disease and thalassemia.
Aplastic anemia
This rare, life-threatening anemia occurs when your body doesn't produce enough red blood cells. It is most often a result of an autoimmune disease that damages stem cells. This occurs despite having normal iron levels
